Stunning rooms, large with outdoor space. Complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. Lovely bathroom and nice toiletries. Amazing staff, especially at reception, breakfast, and beach. Great food with a wide selection. Beautiful private beach and swimming area. Perfect location near attractions. Truly felt like a 5* hotel.

All the staff were friendly especially the staff in reception who sorted out a grumble ref rooms - Sandra was very good as also where Ricardo and Pascale in the Restaurant. Our eventual room was good apart from none functional - ancient air conditioning which blew round ambient air through filthy filters.

The initial room allocated to us was within a courtyard completely enclosed by a 2 metre plus granite wall, the lounge was tiny, bathroom large but the windows in the bedroom and lounge where also tiny. Whilst the courtyard afforded privacy for sunbathing the view through the tiny windows was of a granite wall. It was like a prison. We were told we had been upgraded! On explaining I was unhappy Sandra moved us to one we had booked. This was great apart from a tiny shower room which was adequate. However the air con didn't work although the fan did and air intake filters where filthy. Although the defect was "repaired" and pushed out cold ish air it reverted after a few days to pushing ambient around.Preception formed that the hotel had just opened and not debugged.

Beautiful location, nice restaurant and swiming pool. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent personal service and approach to customers.

Equipment of the hotel outworn, no possibility to manipulate and control air conditioning. Minibar placed in a bedroom was rather old and noisy. Eaten items from breakfast menu were rarely supplemented. Equipment and service did not correspond to price and 4 stars category.

What a wonderful Christmas break! the hotel was surrounded by stunning views and provided a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the festive season. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant offered delicious food and a fantastic menu.

Sadly, the WiFi signal was not strong enough for us to connect to outside the lobby area, which made it difficult to keep in touch with family and friends during the holidays. the hotel was quite remote, which meant we had to take taxis to get to nearby attractions.

The location was amazing, with gorgeous views from the pool area and dining room. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay even better. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the many choices available. The private beach was a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The junior suite we stayed in lacked some facilities for the price. There was limited drawer space, the shower was small, and there were no accessible sockets near the dressing table.

While the hotel staff are generally attentive and welcoming, some guests may experience issues with room availability and miscommunication between staff regarding transportation.

The hotel boasts a great location, close enough to restaurants and stores but still on a peaceful spot, with an extensive grassy area behind the sand to relax on. The breakfast is delicious and varied, offering options for all tastes. The hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the poolside area with a breathtaking sunset view. The staff were fantastic, genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
